  III. Huazhong Optoelectronics' Participation

Hubei Huazhong Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the exhibition with its overall corporate image. The main exhibits came from the company's civilian optoelectronics sector, including Hubei Xiaogan Huazhong Precision Instruments Co., Ltd. and Hubei Fu Hua Precision Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., as well as automotive electronic products from the electrical division. These included lasers and laser processing equipment, optoelectronic testing equipment, optical components, optoelectronic sights, and automotive thermal protectors.

The company's booth area reached 72m2, using a custom design that attracted a large number of professional visitors. Two media outlets conducted written interviews with the company before the exhibition, and during the exhibition, "Laser & Optoelectronics Progress" conducted an on-site interview with General Manager Zhou Zewu, and the company received extensive publicity in the exhibition publication, achieving the expected pre-exhibition publicity effect.

At this exhibition, the company showcased its overall image, promoting its products and technology to the entire optoelectronics industry. The end-pumped lasers, green and ultraviolet lasers, lidar series, and optoelectronic testing instruments on display attracted widespread attention from professional visitors. At the same time, through visits and learning, we have targeted the forefront of current laser and optoelectronic technologies, making the company's direction for the industrial development of laser and optoelectronic technology clearer.

The main exhibits for laser applications included: 1000W semiconductor side-pumped laser, 10W end-pumped laser, 5W green end-pumped laser, 50W side-pumped laser, 10W end-pumped laser marking machine, ultraviolet laser, and automotive active collision avoidance radar.

The main exhibits for optoelectronic instruments included: IMFA-1 automatic focusing instrument, video autocollimator.

Fu Hua Company's main exhibits included: fixed-magnification gun sights, variable-magnification gun sights, and telescopes.

The Optical Center's main exhibits included: spherical and aspherical lenses, CCD camera lenses, various prisms and lenses, optical components such as read/write heads for CDs, VCDs, DVDs, and CD-ROMs.

The Electrical Division showcased automotive electronic products, including automotive thermal protectors.

During the exhibition, many authoritative experts and leaders in the laser industry visited the company's booth. The company's booth received approximately 5,000 professional visitors, with discussions held with more than 600 of them. Over 2,000 copies of the company's product brochures were distributed, and a large amount of customer needs information was collected, providing first-hand data for the company's future product development and market expansion direction.

IV. Well-known Exhibitors and Cutting-edge Exhibits

Well-known foreign laser and optoelectronics companies at this exhibition included:

TRUMPF China, Coherent, Rofin, IPG, GSI, Libo/Spectra-Physics, Sigma, PI, JDSU, DILAS, nlight Laser, Ocean Optics, EO (Korea EO Technology), etc.

Well-known domestic laser and optoelectronics companies included:

Da Ruizi Laser, Huagong Laser, Delong Laser, Chutian Laser, Guoke Laser, Fuking Technology, Daheng, Haite, Raycus Laser, Laser Valley, Laser沃, Juguang, Kaplin, Lingyun, Xint, Dongjun, Laibao, North China Optoelectronic Technology Research Institute, etc.

The cutting-edge industry exhibits included: full-spectrum ultraviolet series and ultraviolet fine processing technology, desktop fine welding technology, fine scribing and wafer cutting, high-energy nanosecond and high-energy femtosecond lasers, high-efficiency multi-beam laser marking machines, high-power multi-mode fiber lasers, etc. Several prominent characteristics are reflected in the following aspects.

  1. Intelligence and automation

The use of robotic arms to achieve fully intelligent and automated processing can significantly improve processing quality and efficiency. Combining this with a desktop galvanometer system further enhances efficiency. Several well-known laser equipment manufacturers and robot equipment manufacturers exhibited related intelligent and automated processing equipment.

  2. Full-Spectrum Ultraviolet Lasers and Ultraviolet Precision Processing Applications

Using a ultraviolet "cold light source" with a small heat-affected zone allows for precision processing on materials such as glass and thin films. At this exhibition, we held in-depth discussions with Hangzhou Dongyi Laser regarding cooperation on ultraviolet lasers, laying a solid foundation for future development in this field.

  3. Fiber Lasers

Fiber lasers, with their advantages of excellent beam quality, ultra-high conversion efficiency, high stability, and small size, are gradually eroding the market share of traditional solid-state and gas lasers, and have the potential to replace them. At this exhibition, we held in-depth discussions with Fujikura of Japan regarding cooperation on fiber lasers, laying a solid foundation for future development in this field.

  4. Application of Laser Technology in Solar Photovoltaic Field

This exhibition showcased a significant increase in laser processing equipment for thin-film solar cells. With the release of the national new energy development plan, the solar photovoltaic industry is widely optimistic. Laser processing, currently an irreplaceable processing method, is rapidly gaining favor with laser processing equipment manufacturers. Numerous companies have shifted their focus to the Chinese market, which has the world's highest solar power generation capacity. Overseas companies such as Rofin, Coherent, Newport, SPI, TRUMPF, and EO, and domestic companies such as Dajin, Huagong, Chutian, and Sangong, all displayed related products such as dicing machines, scribing machines, and edge cleaning machines.

Through this exhibition, the company showcased its capabilities, technologies, and products to domestic and international peers and users, improving brand recognition and industry influence, achieving significant publicity and promotion. Simultaneously, by collecting, organizing, and analyzing cutting-edge technological information, industry development information, and customer information, the company has been effectively assisted in accurately grasping its strategic positioning and industry development direction.
