Recently, the China Ordnance Equipment Group Corporation Headquarters Union issued the "Notice on Carrying Out a Knowledge Q&A Activity on the Speech at the Celebration of the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" (Union Notice [2016] No. 17, hereinafter referred to as the "Notice") to the various departments' trade unions at the headquarters. The notice requires that by widely carrying out knowledge Q&A activities, a deeper understanding and grasp of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the celebration of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China will be achieved. The Notice points out that Party member union members at the headquarters must participate in the knowledge Q&A activity, and non-Party member union members and personnel on exchange or secondment are also encouraged to participate actively.
