The PDX-1 flat-field electron microscope is mainly used to replace the current visual-drum dial reading microscope. It has good image quality and a stable adjustment mechanism. The equipped image processing software has basic measurement functions such as image capture, video recording, and length measurement. With different collimators, it can be used to measure the focal length, resolution, and star points of optical components; with a plane mirror, it can be used for autocollimation calibration of the collimator.
